An AI receptionist built specifically for HVAC contractors. It handles the call, checks your service area, books the job, and sends the customer a confirmation — while you keep working.

The calls you can't answer
are often the jobs you lose.
HVAC calls arrive while you're on a roof, in a crawl space, driving between jobs, or working around a running condenser. Most callers don't leave a voicemail — they call the next contractor on the list. Callivox answers immediately, every time.
What happens during a call
This is what Eva does between the moment your phone rings and the job landing on your calendar.
Setup
01
Your existing business number. Your existing carrier. No new hardware, no new phone line. Takes two minutes.
02
Answers with your business name. Collects what she needs. Works through your business rules — service area, hours, emergency handling.
03
Booking syncs to Google Calendar instantly. Customer gets a text or email confirmation. You get back to the job you're on.
Capabilities
Emergency triage
When a caller says "no AC," "no heat," "gas smell," or mentions extreme temperatures, Eva shifts mode immediately — prioritizing speed over the standard booking flow. A routine tune-up request and a no-cool emergency are not handled the same way.
"My AC stopped working and it's 101 degrees" → emergency path, earliest slot, flagged in calendar
Service-area validation
Every caller's ZIP code is checked against your service area before a booking is confirmed. Out-of-area calls get a polite decline with the caller's details still captured. You'll never dispatch a technician two hours for a job you shouldn't have taken.
ZIP outside coverage → "I'm sorry, that's outside our service area — I've noted your details and we'll reach out if coverage expands"
Address readback
Before any booking is confirmed, Eva reads the full service address back to the caller and waits for explicit confirmation. A misheard address means a wasted dispatch. This step eliminates that before it happens.
"Let me confirm — 4821 West Cactus Drive, Phoenix. Does that sound right?"
Noise resilience
Customers call from running condensers, mechanical rooms, and loud job sites. Eva handles real-world call conditions — not just a quiet office environment. Your callers don't need to step outside to book a service call.
Who Callivox is for
Some AI receptionist platforms are designed for large, multi-location operations with dedicated IT staff and complex CRM integrations. Callivox is designed for the owner-operator or small dispatch team that needs calls handled immediately — without an IT project to set it up.
